Do not use this company!!! Tried to contact them for over a week prior to them arriving. They didn't respond to texts or emails and the phone number was permanently switched off. Emailed to say if they didn't respond I would cancel and they failed to respond. Not taking any chances on them not arriving as per other feedback so I have contacted AnyVan and cancelled. AnyVan have promised to return my deposit. |

This driver never showed up to help me move. They promised me they were going to arrive at a certain time on a certain day and they never arrived. They did not even have the decency to call me and let me know they weren't going to show up. And to this day, I still haven't heard a word out of them. DO NOT USE. incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. |

Did not turn up. Tried ringing the 2 mobile numbers which were not answered. Had both taken the day off work to move. Received an email during the evening to say the van had broken down and they had had left their phones at home. They did offer to come the next day, but obviously we couuld not afford (or allowed) another day off work. I have asked for my deposit back but funnily enough i have not heard form them since. Would never use again and would not recommend. Now pursuing return of deposit |

Not a good experience with this company so my advice would not be to ever use them! They were keen for the work and their price was extremely competitive but once I accepted the job it went downhill from there. I was provided with 2 mobile numbers on the job sheet so I phoned both and left a couple of messages a few days before the job. My call did get returned by an aggressive gentleman who barely spoke English but we somehow agreed they would arrive at 9.30am on the agreed day. |

We had a terrible experience with the service. They agreed to come in at 8 AM but came in only at 9 45 AM! The driver was arrogant and was impatient to listen to the options available for transporting things from the apartment to the van. The vehicle standard was not satisfactory and we were very concerned with our items. We did most of the transportation without sufficient help! Most importantly this was ANYVAN recommended! |

the rudest removal men I have ever met ,my armchair was left with a big rip in ,and a wardrobe an chest of drawers had scratches all over them ,there van was a crank ,they got lost and I had to go and find them in an Iceland car park one mile away ,and a brand new ipod vanished out of the charger and when I phoned him about it he was very aggressive,they got me to sign a form at the end to say the job was done ,then later had the cheek to say I signed it because I was happy with the job ,I would have put up their bad attitudes if my stuff have been ok ,but it wasn't . iv waited weeks to put this online in case the ipod magically appeared but it hasn't ,my armchair still has a 8 inch slash down the side were they have put something sharp on it ,he sent me a message saying he will involve the police to investigate the ipod if I don't drop it ,is that supposed to scare me ,I will be very happy to speak to the police ,I am not a liar or a cheat I am a primary school teacher who paid the WRONG people to do the job ,next time I will pay more for a proper, professional team to move |
