Overall, they got the job done with no major issues. Only feedback I have is that I was told there wasn't enough space in the van for all my boxes so would have to be charged nearly double to move things around. I declined, and later saw the near empty truck, so my boxes would have fit without a problem. They also turned up later than agreed and as a result, delivered the boxes at 2am, meaning my mother had to stay awake to let them in. I would have appreciated a bit more consideration here. |
