We take moving your things very seriously, we have fully uniformed staff that use protective equipment for your items. We have multiple vehicles for all size jobs with full lifting functions and safety gear. 1-3 porters per van depending on demand, 40000 of goods in transit insurance, 10000000 public liability insurance. Safe to say we are safe, capable and reliable.

I have seen feedback from others saying that his car broke down and I would not believe this happened to me! Since he knew that delivery will be made on that day, it is of his responsibility to make sure that the car is of good condition and by saying that the car had broke down is not an excuses. He did not make an effort to contact me and only when I texted him whether he is on his way, only he replied me that his car broke down. Shouldn't a responsible person will contact me the very moment the car broke down as he knew I am waiting? I have been waited for about 2 hours and he never told me how the progress was.I am in a hurry to catch train to London. I guess this is an subjective test that left to be answered by each with their own opinion. The service of this is totally bad and I would not recommend anyone to use an irresponsibility driver! |
