We are a Bournemouth based courier service and we cover all of the south of England. We have been operating since 2011 and have delivery contracts for two local furniture businesses. We are a very honest, fair priced and reliable service with very polite and respectful employees. Having accepted the quote from JDT Couriers (Turnejor), agreed a time and date (and then confirmed verbally over the phone), paid the deposit, it was very disappointing that the Owner/driver didn't arrive at the planned time and to date still haven't responded to any calls, emails from me. Even to offer an explanation. This caused massive inconvenience as we have to delay a hose move, rent another van the next day and miss days of work. If the driver/owner had a change of heart, it could have been dealt with a quick call or email. instead he just left us in the high and dry. I would strongly advise against using JDT couriers. Highly inconsiderate. |
