They agreed to do the job, which was a house move. They only did a quarter of the job, saying they are having 3 other jobs that they had taken on that day so unable to carry on until the job was done! I was left to carry out move on my own with my own car, ending up costing a fortune in fuel and time, while upsetting my 5 year daughter and disabled wife, There is no way I could ever have this company again, very dissappointed with start to finish, plus damaged goods, they did not care, and didnt have the time that should have been allocated!! paid them £300 looking back they did about £50 worth of job. If Tudor1st are unable to house moves they should never except job. This company has no idea on how to pack and drive their van, no safety for your items, or any other road users! |
