About Me

We are willing to do jobs any time of night or day to suit you, but it would depend on our availability.
We undertake local, UK work and always strive to deliver the best possible service.

1. We reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability;
2. If you have much more items than it was mentioned on your advert/in our conversation , the price will be renegotiated (3-5 additional boxes/some small items will not be a problem).
Although, if you have mentioned the full item list but we have to make more trips, no extra charges will be applied;
3. We charge £20/hour for delays that may occur while waiting the customer to allow us load-unload the van, while you get the keys to your new property or sorting any other things;
4. Dismantling and reassembling service is at extra charge , unless it was negotiated before job acceptance;
5. If there’s a distance between where the van is parked and the entrance to the house/flat bigger than 10 meters than we reserve the right to charge an extra £5-£10 for each meter of distance;
6. We reserve the right to take other jobs on board, unless the customer has required the van only for his job. An empty van means same day pick-up/drop-off and a bigger price for the job;
7. We do not provide boxes, packing and unpacking services;
8. Cancellation fee is 25% of the agreed price.
