They offered me a very good price and so in some ways I should have known better.

Communications were challenging- they initially agreed to all my timings and then changed their minds to a 4 hour window for pick up. I agreed on the proviso that I had 40 mins warning to allow me to meet them at the pick up- they gave me only a 10 min warning, and so they had to wait for me an additional 10 mins on arrival. They blamed this on not having my contact details- I know that ANYvan took all this from me and undoubtedly passed it on to the company.

Most importantly they were in so much of a rush to get the sofa in the house and be gone again they forced it round corners and past sharp skirting board edges and almost knocked a picture off the wall. I only noticed after they left (and paid them their full price) that they had actually ripped the leather in a couple of places by being so rough with it! Even if I had witheld the money from them it would not have made up for the damage on a previously flawless leather sofa which is now damaged in a visible spot.

If you want a cheap pick up of something basic or solid then they are no doubt excellent value- just don't use them for anything fragile or valuable!
