About Me
When you accept our bid you agree with our terms and conditions to protect us and the costumer:
1. You should ask before accepting our bid to check our availability.
2. Our bid is based on information provided by you in listing otherwise extra charges can be added so please notify us about any extra items.
3. If you need dismantling/reassembling, please ask before accepting bid.
4. Our bid is based on ground floor to ground floor and on easy access to property if no information provided by costumer ( we are not always impose charges for the floor, it depends on the item size and weight)
5. If you need packing, please ask before accepting bid.
6. Items containing non solid wood, glass or marble are sent 100% at your own risk of breakage. Glass / Mirrors/TVs can break in transit and are NOT insured as such.
7. If we have to wait more than 30 Min at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £30.00 per 30 Min will be added.
8. We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. accident, breakdown, major traffic delays, weather conditions or costumer delays etc.) If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified time/date, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
