The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:

Nick and his mate Jon were very friendly, fast and efficient with loading the van and managed to get a whole flat into their van in one load! They were very patient waiting for the keys to our new home and didn't charge extra for waiting, they had our best interests at heart. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. |

Mark was very obliging and helpful. He took time to consider how best to load his van, and then moved everything efficiently. He pointed out a few small things that could get lost if they fell off, so that I could gather them together. Altogether a successful move. Thank you, Mark and colleague. |
