TopMovers is a professional removals company established by the experts.
- Plenty of furniture blankets to cover every single item in all of our vehicles, as well as straps, trolleys and tools.
- Full Good In Transit Insurance for any damages up to £75k as a standard.
- Liability Insurance of £1million in place as well.
- Dismantling and reassembling is included at no extra charge - anything out of ordinary needs to be confirmed with us prior.
- All furniture and other items will be placed in rooms of your choice.
- Qualified staff, all necessary tools/materials, fair prices, safe conveyance, punctuality, flexibility and sympathy for our customers is the way in which we go and beyond in order to be the best for our customers - Let your relocation stress become our concern.
Short T&C:
• All your items will be covered by our insurance, however please make sure everything is packed properly. In case of damage we need no longer than 24 hrs notice.
• Packing service has to be agreed in writing on anyvan website messaging system. We have loads of request for packing service quote, however we need a confirmation that packing service will be required;
• Please let us know if you have changes in your inventory list, as extra charges might occur. Our given price is always based on your inventory list. Please understand we do plan our schedule, we do plan our loads. If you have some extra items, just let us know;
• We're more than happy to proceed removal service at all times, however if there are steps involved or long distance carrying is required please let us know in advance;
• Waiting will be charged of a minimum £40 p/hour fee.
• Cancelation fee is 50% of the agreed price + VAT;
Payment options:
• Cash on delivery;
• Bank transfer (payment has to be sent before the delivery is complete).
Office hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM;

Had a great experience with TopMovers. I moved a 2bed flat from London to Zug. The team were in and out of my old flat in less than 4hrs, with everything packed and sorted in boxes. My experience with TopMovers is absolutely positive. The movers were a little late, this can happen of course, still they kept me informed, telling me how far they were and giving me arrival time estimate through text. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture very quickly. Even if I had a box more that the ones I declared and a piano, that wasn't even in the list, they didn't charge me more at all. All in all I am very satisfied and I suggest them if you need a removal service. |
