Terms & Conditions:
*We reserve the right to cancel any booking without confirmation of availability before accepting a bid.
*We reserve the right to charge additional fees for an increase in volume from that which has been listed
*Bids made on vague/general listings such as "Bags/Boxes" will be made on the assumption of 10 bags/boxes.
*We charge a waiting Fee of £20 per hour after the first 30 mins.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs
