Tom wasn't able to show up to my move today. It was scheduled at 11.30am and he texted me at 11am to say his van was broken down and he was waiting for AA. He would update me as soon as. Now, I know these things happen, but the communication could have been much better. He kept me waiting on an "answer" about the van until close to 1pm, all via text, not even a phone call. |
