Good communication whilst arranging before the day. On the day Tommy and his colleague arrived early, but absolutely no pressure to rush me. Awkward third floor at delivery address but they did it cheerfully, efficiently. Friendly and competent. I was dreading this move, but with Tommy in charge it couldn't have been easier. |
