1. Any Jobs accepted without confirmation prior to our availability Can be canceled
2.we charge 40 pounds per hour for waiting time.
3. Our quote is based on the Total Items and furniture mentioned on the job advert. It is the customer responsibility to provide us detailed inventory list when the job is listed on the site(unless been agreed fix a price). Any items not listed when the job is accepted there will be extra charges depending on the number of items ( if it's more than five items it's will be charge .
