Maybe he had just a bad day. I don't know. But here is what happened;
He had told that he would come between 10:00-12:00 to collect our stuff. I was up from 8:00 (i work in a restaurant and i had slept really late that night) to make sure everything was ready. At 11:30 i called him to see if everything was ok. He told me he was just running late so he would be at our house until 14:00, I spesifically told him that that was our last day in Manchester and that we had 1000 things to do, and that we don't have any friends our relatives to give our boxes for him to collect tomorrow. So I really pointed out that it was extremely important for us to collect the boxes that day.
At 14:00 i called him again. I was allready really furstated because i was waiting 6 hours around the boxes having nothing to do, not be able to go out of the house. He told me he had a problem with his van and he would come at the evening to collect the boxes. I asked him very politely to tell me if he wouldn't come so i would be able to book another person. he said "don't worry about it i will surely come at the evening" at 18:00 i started calling him, he didn't answer. He sent me a sms at 18:30 apologising and he said he wouldn't be able to come that day and what time we could arrange it the next day!!!!! (we hadn't got a next day and he knew it). I don't mind that he didn't come, bad days happen to everybody, vans break everyday that is normal. But he was really unprofessional not informing me earlier.
BTW I called the company and they arranged another (great) man for us (thank you company about that).
