-Full/part payment required after accepting-
1. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non completion of jobs caused by circumstances outside of our control i.e. weather, major traffic delay, customer delays, accidents etc. If this happens we will contact you immediately and aim to deliver at the earliest possible time.
2. You may incur additional charges if the driver has to pay for parking while loading / unloading or waiting. Where possible you need to reserve a parking space at destination on moving day for easy loading
3. You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote. A couple of boxes(2-5) more would not normally cause a problem(for house moves only), however if you have under-estimated your items by more than this the driver will add an extra charge depending on the amount of items and time taken to load them.
4. We reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted in the booking.
5. All Packed boxes are securely sealed with tape and can be easily stacked and do not exceed 25kg.
6. Please inform us of any extra heavy items you need to move like Pianos and etc, as may incur extra charge.
7. House moves: Cancellations/changes made less than 3 working days prior a date WILL be chargeable - 50%. Cancellation on a day/arrival-100%.
Single items: Cancellations/changes made less than 48 hours prior a date WILL be chargeable - 50%. Cancellation on a day/arrival- 100%
8. If we are sent to an alternative or incorrect address then we reserve the right to make an additional charge.
9. Walking distance/alleyways, stairs/floors not confirmed before accepting our quote may incur an additional charge.
10. Please confirm any dismantling/reassembling, packing/unpacking before accept, as it wouldn't be included in our quote.
11. Payment methods:
Cash on collection/delivery or bank transfer- advance payment.
12. Non payment on agreed terms - daily fee will apply.
13. All the time check our availability on your chosen date before accept our quote, to avoid cancellation.
By accepting our quote you accept our Ts&Cs.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
