57 days and the suite has not been delivered. The driver told me that I was not telling the truth when I explained to him that the intended recipient had gone especially to sit in a cold flat to wait for them, and they hadn't arrived. No phone call. I asked him not to speak to me like that and he put the phone down. No contact since. My next move is going to be to the police. This is theft. |

Unbelievably poor. I guess these guys thought driving a van about would be easy money and found out the hard way that it was hard work. Collected my stuff, relieved me of cash, failed to deliver on agreed date, absolutely no communication. I eventually send the customer a replacement piece nearly a month later. A week later these jokers finally deliver - a month after they said they would. No communication whatsoever, so now I have to pay to retrieve the second piece. Words fail me! |

Whoever reads this review I STRONGLY would advise not by any means use this courier service. Very briefly the individuals (Murray and Eamonn) concerned not only failed to delivery my goods on time they have not delivered them at all!They blackmailed me by texts and phone calls to pay more money for delivery after I accepted their offer though the website and at the end they disposed my items in a skip! Use them at your peril. PS The man is also an extreme racist and misogynist! |

I'm afraid my customer was less than happy with the service, saying "The delivery men may have been cost efficient, but short on manners. They refused to pass me items into the house and left it on the lawn. When I asked them simply to feed the TV unit to me over the threshold, I was told "we are not removal men, we are delivery men to the threshold, not over it." As you know the TV unit is really heavy and my wife struggled getting it over the threshold. Once it was in, I could do the rest on my own. They arrived earlier than I expected (9:20am) so I had not had a chance to move my car, so maybe that annoyed them" |
