We try our_best to be at_collection & delivery points on_given date and times but_please allow_us compassionate grace period due to unprecedented delays.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR INVENTORY IS 95% correct because we allocate van sizes depending upon your inventory and Quotes are based on listed items, any unlisted items will be charged.
sofa, display cabinets, washing machine, fridge freezer these items usually goes on to the ground floor, please tell us if they are going up the stairs. failure to do so may result in additional charges on the day.

Please inform of any stairs - lifts - long walks too - from van etc as failure to do so may result in additional charges on the day.

We may ask customer to_make arrangements_with us to_pay 50% upfront from the balance remaining to us on the job sheet, and 50% on arrival at delivery point.

cash payments_are accepted upon delivery, Bank transfer should be done before delivery. We may ask for payment before unloading.

ANY DAMAGE TO GOODS MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY OR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DISCOVERY, OTHERWISE NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!!!
1)No_responsibility will_be taken for_the goods/items that_are packed_in poor_quality boxes or bin_liners, Shopping_bags, Laundry_bags, and items we pick up at storage in your absence also please make_sure that your_mattresses are covered_with polythene_protectors.

2)Only material_property up_to a value_of £10,000 that_has been damaged_during the_move will_be insured, excluding jewelry,_watches,_precious_metals,_stones,_deeds,_bonds, Bills of Exchange, Manuscripts and_other_documents.

3)If there_is_a_reasonable doubt_that damage_happened before_or after_the_time of_removals, No_damages/costs or expenses will_be paid.

4)Insurance can_only be_claimed by_Us when a full_payment for the removal_service has_been received.
