We are a small family run business based in Gloucestershire. Although new to AnyVan we have many years of experience in the Transport Industry. We run a small fleet of LWB Mercedes Sprinter Vans, fully equipped with Sat Nav, + Blankets and straps to keep your belongings safe and secure whilst in our care.

Office Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday Only
No job will be booked in until YOU have completed ALL details on your job listing, including Contact Telephone Numbers & FULL Postal address for BOTH collection and delivery address.
We reserve the right to cancel ANY job at ANY time if any of our staff, office or driving are subject to or threatened with offensive or abusive behaviour either, physically or verbally
If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
Please allow AT LEAST a 1 Hour window for your delivery/collection as traffic delays and vehicle problems cannot be foreseen.
Please note we are a transport firm not Furniture experts. We do not take note of the condition of the item YOU have purchased, we are only transporting it, hence although we take the greatest of care with your item we do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the condition of it on arrival.
Please note we are not responsible or liable in any way for loss of income/time off work whatsoever you may have incurred
while waiting for us to deliver or collect.
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged,
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may due to time restraints have to reschedule your job.
Please note if you require a 2 man service then request a 2 man service,
It is YOUR responsibility to check that any item YOU bought will fit into YOUR home or place of work.
Please note we run LWB Sprinters not TARDIS' so WE are subject to TIME AND SPACE.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Really really poor communication, in fact non existent and certainly not the most cost effective either. After calling their land line constantly, which never got answered, and emailing them daily, I only got a response when I contacted AnyVan and they contacted them, and even then the communication was incredibly vague. Had to relist the job the day before my move, but it all worked out well as I ended up with a brilliant company that were cheaper than Total's quote. Wouldn't recommend using them. |

Don't use TOTAL123. Bids cheap and promises flexibility to win the job, then, when he has won it, goes silent, doesn't keep his promises and lets you down. Was supposed to send an ETA on Sunday evening for a Monday collection, but didn't. Refused to respond to questions about delivery dates. On Monday morning, emailed to ask if he could collect on Tuesday instead, claiming he had a driver off sick (though he didn't mention this until I said I was going to relist the job). This has put me off using this site altogether - I'm going to make other arrangments. |
