Two men helped me with my two bedroom flat move my few flat was in the 4th floor up loads of stairs and they was fantastic nothing was to much trouble for them and they got the job done really quickly I will be recommending these guys to family and friends and would defiantly use them for future moves !! This driver just didn't turn up on the day and I wasn't able to contact him. He hasn't returned any of my calls/messages. I wouldn't recommend this driver unless you want to be let down. |

Could not contact Anyvan on the Saturday even though you state opening hours are 9-5 for that day, booked Topman for the Sunday as my fella had to move that day as he works shifts, they were due at 12noon but text me at 11.30 to ask if job could be done the next day - told them no had specified Sunday and could not get in touch with Anyvan to see if I could obtain another firm , they turned up at 2.30 and did a decent job of the removal but it was touch and go for a while, will not put me off using Anyvan but need to ensure that removers turn up on time and you need to ensure that clients can contact you at weekends too maybe a mobile number! |
