Booked this company and agreed a date for collection. No one turned up on this date and we had no contact from them at all! ( we rang and left several messages throughout the day but got no response!) we recieved an email at half 8 that night stating the collection date for the next day, the next day came and went and again there was no collection made and no communication! We didn't state a date when we booked and would have been happy if arrangements needed to be changed but no communication with this company meant we had no idea what was happening for 2 days and people waiting around for nothing. |
