OK. Where to start.
Pros:
I got the good deal with the company, got lowest bid. They answered me quick and promised everything I need.At the end the job was done, and the dismount and reassembyl was good.

Contras:
Where to start...I got a phone call the day before the actual work, that If they could move my stuff this afternoon? When I said no, they were asking if we could move the collecting time earlier of the day...It was really unprofessional as we agreed already the time and the day and they was pushing towards everything.

Finially I agreed to make it at 9am instead of 10, than next day they didnt turn up until 9:37am...so what was the point to push me?

I had an agreement to dismount my wardrobe and anything requires for the moving, and when they arrived, there were two handyman. One straight started to dismount my wardrobe, but the second person asked me and my flatmate to help with moving! What is this? I am paying for the service, what if I am a single woman, who can't carry heavy things.

As we were packing they were complaining several times that I have more items, than I said so, After a little arguing they tried to prove that this is my fault, when I showed them the actual messaging between me and the company here at anywan they calmed down and started to continue the work with my assistance blaming the office.

When they packed up everything, and the car was totally full, I asked them what time they gonna get to my new address, and they said they got booked for another job meantime which is on the way to my place, so they do it that first (as I said the van was full already) and just after me, and they give me a call when they finished with that. Here came the second argument, but they said it is their office fault. I said I booked the van not a part of it. I give them the correct item list, it is their problem if they unorganised and I want my stuff to move now. Then they shut the backdoor of the van and was about to leave, when my partner was shouting that they left here the base of the wardrobe...- I caught them in time, and the excuse was, they were scared that it breaks so they didnt move it, and after they forgot...

Finially they moved on with all packed. After 1.5 half hour later got a phone call they are there in 20 mins. Great. I went to my new place and met with them. When they opened the van, I saw there were no Safety blankets, my stuff is bit upside down.

They had to put everything up to the 2nd floor with lift. One guy went up straight to start the assembly of my bed and wardrobe, and the second guy, stayed with the car, so I had to start to move everything up to the 2nd floor by myself and with my flatmate.

They didint take care much attention to the things, and they broke my room bin, also they have lost the hanger holder of my wardrobe, so until I dont order a new one, there is no place to put the hangers in my wardrobe.

After 30min packing The gentleman who has stayed at the van started to help, but nearly collapsed under the weight of my wardrobe door, so he was bassically useless and I had to continue on my own and with my flatmate the moving.

I have recieved the bill only after the moving 2 days.

All together, I would not recommend this company, as it was so unprofessional. They might be good to move a bed, or wardrobe, maybe a sofa, but nothing big or heavy or a full house or bedroom moving.

If there would be an option I would apply for part refund, as it wasn't the service I payed for.
