The guys did one wardrobe and didn't manage to assemble the other in spite of agreeing it up front. Then the fellow started arguing. Not happy. We agreed and paid £60 for the transfer and the one wardrobe asembly. |

This company ha s a serious problem of mismanagement and miscommunication. I guess you get what you pay for, but the thing is, as long as we are honest as customers, they should be honest as a company. |

I would strongly recommend against using this team. They were due to collect and deliver a bed for me at 10.30 on Saturday morning and despite confirming the day before and accepting my deposit never turned up. I tried to call them numerous times to no avail. I finally received a text at 4.30 that afternoon to say the would now collect and deliver the bed at 11 am on Sunday (but offered no apology). Again they never turned up. Again I sent many messages and tried to call to no avail. Another day of waiting home - what a waste of a weekend. I have since sent them a message through the any van website seeking some sort of explanation to which I have received no repsonse. Nor have they refunded my deposit. I have used some great delivery teams through anyvan who have been absolutely fantastic, sadly these are not one of them. I would really recommend using an alternative provider. |
