About Me
Hi, we are a family run business that aims to provide a high standard of service and operate with a large LWB ford transit van.
Although we are new to this site, we have experience within this field of work. We have a happy go lucky attitude and will do everything we can to accommodate your wishes and needs. We are very fast, well-mannered and efficient on all jobs big or small. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Same and next day collection and deliveries available.
We are very careful when packing the van and everything is protected with blankets and secured with straps.
Our driver has an extensive CRB/DBS check so you can feel safe knowing who you're inviting into your home. We have full goods in transit insurance to protect your belongings in the unlikely event it is needed.

No show, left us right in the lurch after promise of no hassle removal. He just left us there, guys an absolute joke, left his contact mobile with his mother lol and his work number was answered by his gf/wife who didn't have a clue where he was but was very apologetic as was his mother. My guess he was sat in the pub getting ready to watch wales in the autumn internationals. Promises the world but delivers nothing. |

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! The whole outfit is a con. It started with the van not despatched despite confirming two days earlier all the details and start time. This turned out to be because the boss was arranging his daughters 2nd birthday and forgot. So after a 3 hour delay they eventually arrive. They were asked three times to take the heavy stuff first which they did not. What they did instead is cleverly take items not on the inventory without talking to us about this and then would only take the inventory items after an argument developed over the money. This culminated in a driver sat in the lorry refusing to unload and the other guy in our house refusing to leave until we paid them more for the extra items. This was at 7.30pm at night and they started 7 hours earlier. Very scary and threatening behaviour. They also got lost on the first run as they refused to follow my husband and decided to use sat nav to find a new build. This incurred a 40 minute delay. Idiots idiots idiots. As for the owner well he thinks shouting down the phone is a good way to deal with customers. Did I mention they did not take our bed or clothes or other inventory items as we did because they were so slow? The boss refused to take a call from my husband to resolve the issue but instead decided to abuse myself down the phone. Coward. This is a two men with a van outfit not a professional removal firm. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. |

Steve helped my father in law and I move a load of heavy good from storage. He was fantastic - strong as an ox and got the whole lot loaded, moved and and unloaded in under 2 hours. He even took our unwanted fridge freezer to be recycled. Lovely guy, I would fully recommend him and his team for any move - thank very Much! |
