We are a professional removal company with 7 years experience on removals business
We assure that you will receive a special removal service from our experienced workers. We provide a wide range of services where necessary, dismantling and reassembling furniture, storage, professional packing service etc.
Our workers will assist you with loading and unloading, there is NO extra charge for this.
Important - Terms and conditions
*Before accepting our offer, please make sure we have availability on date and time you prefer.
*You may incur additional charges if the driver has to pay for parking while loading / unloading or waiting.
*Congestion Charge payment is made by the client
*Is the responsibility of the customer to ensure parking, if our van receives a penalty charge during the loading and unloading, is customer's responsibility to reimburse the penalty charge amount to the driver.
*Any jobs that are cancelled/postponed within 48 hours of the date of the job will not incur a charge. However, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the job taking place, a charge of £100.00 would be applied.
*You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote, however if the circumstances of the job are different than the one described on the online agreement it may incur a extra charge. A couple of boxes more would not normally cause a problem, however if you have under-estimated your items by more than this the driver will add an extra charge depending on the amount of items and time taken to load them. We also reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted in the booking.
*We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.

Stefan was very helpful, had good communications with both collection and delivery points, arrived exactly when required, wrapped the item in a blanket as requested and was very obliging to help out a problem (wrong item sent - Sender's error). He made time to take the wrong item back immediately. The Collection point and I were in agreement that Stefan was an excellent courier and we would offer him more work in future! Stefan sent all the completed paperwork and invoice through when he said he would. Hoping he can work for me again when the correct item is located!Many many thanks - I would highly recommend Stefan to anyone considering to employ his services. |
