All quotes will be for 1 man with a high roof Ford Transit Van. If your move will require 2 men please specify or ask as we can provide a second man.
When you accept a bid Anyvan will require you to pay a online fee. We will then require that you pay 50% of our quote via bank transfer or paypal within 24hrs of accepting our bid and the remainder in cash upon delivery. With trips to Ireland and abroad, payment upfront is required. In rare circumstances, there may be the need to cancel a job. If this happens, we will refund any deposit paid. If the customer cancels within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
Please be honest in regards to the amount of items you have. In most situations we can accommodate but sometimes we may share loads and we plan for the exact space to be used in the van.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

My experience with Steattic (Steven) is a DISASTROUS one. The quote was accepted on 17th May to deliver in 10 days. My repeated phone calls were ignored and finally received a message after a month i.e. on 17th June that the items will be delivered next day but didn't turn up instead my items were given to 3rd party van who visited my place for delivery. Steattic (Steve) failed to share the delivery date and time with me and left the goods with the 3rd party without any kind of coordination. I had to pay an additional 33% more to the 3rd party to deliver them to me and finally received them on 21st June, 2017. |
