I have paid €65 deposit for you believing that you are a professional company with a network of your own drivers. I have accepted a quote from someone who offered to perform the delivery for specified day and in specified manner. Instead, the collection happened one day before and delivery one day later. I don't know where the item was overnight. The delivery driver have me a small discount for the inconvenience and that is fair on him. However, he only got 145 after discount for the delivery of very heavy item and the onus is on you as an arranging company to ensure the service is provided as per schedule. As I was not satisfied, you should provide a refund of at least part of the deposit I have paid to you, which was not small for the service I have received. Stafo I don't understand why you live this unfair review?You asked me to colect on Sunday or Saturday,first you wanted Sunday then Saturday and delivery Sunday!I was on the phone with you for 3 days and I had to change all my deliveries for 3 days to make you hapy!The frige was colected on Saturday and it was on the van delivered on Sunday!You booked 1 man service and there was no one to help so I have to take another man and pay him also I make discount to keep you happy!Now you are asking for another discount ?We you just didnt tell the price is too high for you so I can sort!Thank you dear custumer! |
