*** All quotes are for economy service.
*** We supply one driver for all deliveries.
*** Quotes are for service on ground to ground and easy access, we do not mind couple of stairs for light items.
*** Quote is based on description supplied, including weight and dimensions, if these are way bigger new quote will be presented.
*** Please have Your goods packed accordingly or ask for packing service. We do not take any liability for damage otherwise.
* Free blanket cover provided.
* Goods must be ready for collection and safe and adequate access must be provided at both collection and delivery.
* Quote include 5 minutes to load or unload.
* We do not dismantle or fix anything unless agreed before.
* We can book jobs subject to full payment.
* Payment by bank transfer or cheque all due must be cleared before delivery.
* We operate on the basis of 4 hour slots, depending on the location we may/may not update with ETA.
* Slots are advised minimum one day before collection or delivery. If slot is accepted and our driver is unable to collect/deliver all item/items due to party not present/No payment/refused access/wrong information supplied/no contact/any other not in our fault there will be a redelivery charge or failed collection charge. Please be aware that storage charges may apply.
* We promise that all jobs will be carried out within 14 days./*subject to customer accepting slots/.
* Please be patient and understand what You pay is economy delivery. We reserve right to change slots and we will always confirm that with You the Customer.
* By flexible terms You the customer agree You will be available to take a delivery most times and dates given.
* If You request certain dates and/or times please contact us to check availability.
* All not mentioned subject to RHA 1998 Terms and Conditions

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
