I have 15+ years experience doing trade plate deliveries for main dealers & leasing companies.
I have fully comprehensive Motor Trade Insurance of £60k for customers cars.
All vehicles are inspected on collection and are signed for on collection & delivery.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs

Although the drive collected and delivered the car on time which was great there wer problems. Firstly the car was driven (which is fine) but I received it with substantially less fuel in it that when collected that I wasn't made aware was expected. Also the car arrived with a larger scuff on the front bumper which wasn't there when it was collected (had a photographic condition report before the car was collected). It's a shame as the driver was very nice |
