TOTALLY DISGUSTED. Arranged a collection for a terminally ill pensioner, Then not even a phone call to give an explaination as to why he didn't turn up. Not only has he messed my devastated mother about. Its messed the lady who the sofa was bought from as she arranged for her son to wait in. |

Called me on the morning of the pick up to say he couldn't make it due to bad weather. Accidentally called him again whilst trying to book someone else as I had used him before with no problems. He then agreed to do the pick up on the same day but advised that the collection would be whenever he could get there as there were traffic diversions etc in place. I advised the lady at the other end of the weather issues and she agreed to wait in all day for me (the pick up from her was to be between 10.00am and 10.30am at his suggestion previously) We waited and waited, no pick up or delivery. I called him multiple times on his mobile and texted him to no avail at various times during the day. He obviously decided he wasn't going to do the job but didn't want to bother letting me know. I now have nowhere for my children to eat and am hoping someone else on here can do the work for me tomorrow! Fingers crossed! Please don't waste you time with this one, it's a shame as the first job he did for me moving a wardrobe was fine. |
