- We will load and unload your belongings as fast as it’s possible, taking greatest care possible

- Our quotes include 2-3 men willing to move all your belongings to designated rooms
- We are available 7 days a week

General Terms and Conditions:
1. Please make sure there's parking space available for us at both ends.
2. If we can't start offloading after arrival, we will charge £25 waiting fee for every hour we have to wait until we are able to continue (unless otherwise agreed).
3. Dismantling and reassembling beds and tables is included in our quotes but if other furniture need to be dismantled, additional fees may apply.
4. If for some reason customer decides to cancel the job up to 7 days before agreed date, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the outstanding balance.
5. If we have to wait until everything is packed (or any other reason) - additional charges for waiting time will apply.
6. We assume that your list is accurate in at least 90%. We don't mind taking a couple of additional items but if there's a significant difference - additional charges WILL apply. This is extremely important as we plan the job (resources) based on this information.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
