3. The driver of the van is all alone and by himself. So please ensure that you make an arrangement for an extra person to help our driver load and unload heavy items from van during pickup and at delivery. If you cannot arrange extra person inform us in advance and we will take care about it.

4. Your items must be very, very securely packaged and ready for transport. If you cannot do this we can help you in packaging at some extra cost.

5. We take great care in moving and delivering your furniture at each step. We tie down straps to prevent any unwanted movement during the trip.

6. We take precautions to ensure your furniture arrives on time and undamaged.

7. We also provide our customers with the facility of using their personal locks.

8. Kindly confirm before accepting our bid, to check our availability so as to avoid hassles.

9. We have no hidden charges and our bid is inclusive of VAT.

10. The quote is inclusive of insurance, straps, blankets and all fees.
