We are a Scarborough based courier logistics company established in 2005. The directors have 30 years experience in the transport industry. We specialize in fragile goods delivery & specialist handling with goods-in-transit insurance cover for up to £30,000 per vehicle. We operate our own fleet of vehicles driven by our own employees to guarantee quality of service. We undertake collections & deliveries on mainland UK daily which include commercial contracts, eBay and private work. We take a pride in our work and this is reflected in the quality of customer service our driver's provide and how they present themselves when out on duty. We provide an efficient reliable service and are strict on punctuality. We aim to complete jobs within 5 working days Mon-Fri however this will be determined per job. Our vans will carry 1100kg and we move anything from boxes to large machinery. Please feel free to ask any questions and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Having had adverse experiences with some other couriers, I was very pleased to discover Simtrans & to find that everything worked out really well. They were very obliging and polite on the phone and collected my item as promised within the week. The driver telephoned in advance to arrange the collection time. My item had to travel from the south of England to Newcastle. It was collected from me on Friday and delivered on the following Monday. My relative, to whom it was being delivered, was very pleased that Simtrans were able to arrange an evening delivery, which saved him from taking additional time off work. Everything arrived in good condition. I would definitely recommend this courier to others & would be very happy to use him again. |

Slight confusion at the beginning of the process but that was quickly resolved. I was informed of the pick up time and the estimated delivery time. When I called to check progress on the ETA the call was picked up straight away. ETA was as planned. The van was liveried and smart. The fireplaces were wrapped and strapped. The driver was courteous, friendly and helped carry goods to property. More than happy with service, would definitely use again and therefore recommend to others. Thanks very much Simtrans. |
