Extremely unsatisfactory. Didn't assist myself as a pregnant woman or my partner in bringing the drawers up the stairs to the second floor where my flat is situated. The drawers arrived in a horrendous state. Marks all over them along with chips & scratches that were not there in the photos taken only the evening before & sent to me by the seller. There was only one mark that should have been on the top drawer that was barely visible. Black marks on the side that do not come off. Didn't even inform us had to find out when we got it all upstairs in the flat. My perfectly white chest of draws have been ruined by the carelessness of this driver. I've never found myself giving negative feedback to any service until now. Absolutely disgraceful. |
