We are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, however, we do aim to serve the whole of Yorkshire and Surrounding counties. We travel to all parts of the United Kingdom.
Currently, doing business in a small Transit van, however, aiming to expand and be part of the Community of Couriers and Movers in the United Kingdom.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Arranged for collection at 4pm on Sunday, the distance being 1hr 36mins door to door. I had no communication from the driver just the person who they were collecting from. We managed to speak to them to discover they were late and due to arrive around 6pm. This was dragged out until about 9 pm when I got a message saying they had arrived and collected. Lots of excuses about broken phone and van. I then waited for them to contact me with an eta. Nothing, I left it 2 hours and rang myself at 11pm. They said they didn't want to bother us!!! An utter joke as they then said it would be a further 2.5 hours. So at 1.30am they arrived which is 9.5 hours after they were due to collect. They had no respect for my neighbours and were shouting to each other as they unloaded. The sofa was undamaged but I only paid half due to all the stress involved. The communication was diabolical. They first range me to say they hadnt been able to deliver at the weekend, as they were stuck in London - I didnt even KNOW they were even planning on coming that weekend! Once we had agreed a collection date - I had to ring them on the day to find out where they were, whereupon they said they were not far away - then turned up 2 hours later! They had to lie the fridge freezer down, which is not advisable, as the van wasn't big enough and already had a divan bed in it. They told my daughter they would deliver the 'following morning' or by 'dinner time'. She told them she would be in all day but had to leave the house at 5pm for ten minutes. They arrived after 5pm - whilst she was out, with no phone call all day to say when they would be arriving. Once she returned home, they couldn't get the items in the house through the designated door - which, I may hasten to add, was not their fault - so left the items in her living room. However the fridge freezer has been badly damaged. It has a large scratch and dent down the side, and all the handles are scratched. There were no scratches on the items whatsoever before they were collected. We will not be using them again. |
