I booked Shipit for a 2 bedroom house move on December 16th, which I considered plenty of time for them to make the necessary arrangements for the actual move date of 29th January. As i hadn't heard from them on the 19th January I contacted them to verify the times and finer details. When I finally managed to get hold of someone that was aware of the booking I then had a call back to inform me that they couldn't proceed with the booking as they had a 'vehicle off the road'. |

We are very disappointed with the service by this company. They lost one of our boxes which included expensive belongings. No explanation and no solution was given to us. After several calls and requests we made, the company made it clear to us they don't care and can't be bothered to even respond. Unreliable and definitely not recommended. DO NOT USE ! |
