The person who I was in touch with was very nice and helpful, but due to a mistake on their side, I lost the last day of my holiday just sitting around in a flat waiting for a collection that never happened, and frantically texting back and forth, calling premium numbers in Spain that I was instructed to call by the company who had won the bid in an attempt to find out why my goods hadn't been collected. The next day the driver finally arrived to pick up my packages, and I made a point of telling him that I was sending fragile objects (and got the reply "we treat all our collections as if they are most fragile, don't worry." The delivery was confirmed for the following Monday, but arrived on Tuesday. And two of my three boxes arrived completely destroyed. They looked like an elephant had sat on them, and everything inside was pulverized. I don't mean just cracked or a piece or two broken, I mean EVERY SINGLE ITEM in those two boxes was reduced to powder and tiny pieces, mashed up beyond repair. The third box was intact, not a single broken piece. But I lost absolutely everything in the other two boxes. I'm beyond upset. I wouldn't use this service again, I feel I paid to have a lot of hassle and aggravation and all my possessions destroyed. |
