All business subject to our terms and conditions a copy of which is emailed to you with every booking confirmation.
Our invoice is sent with booking confirmation and no credit is offered , invoices must be paid on the due dates specified.
Please note any damages on our delivery note before the driver leaves you.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Unfortunately this company was not up to the job. I had a 200 year old antique mirror professionally packed for shipment from the UK to France. They delivered the mirror on the wrong day (so no one was there to receive it), then dumped it in a neighbour's garden where upon opening it was discovered totally shattered. They offered to repair it if I obtained some quotes (which were provided), only to find they went totally silent when it came time to choose one and have it repaired (after several emails and phone calls/messages). Out of pocket now 650 euros due to their issues. Would definitely not ever use them again, nor recommend them to anyone |

I had to wait days before I received the delivery, which actually I had to go and collect myself from the depot, which meant I had to rent a car with eventually more expenses, and after all few of my boxes were partly broken, like my bicycle. I wonder who's going to pay for that. The whole service is horrible, starting from the Ship0103 and ending with bartolini. What a nightmare, highly recommend to avoid this company. |
