We are a small family business offering a reliable and friendly, yet professional service to all our clients.

We pride ourselves on good communication with customers and any 3rd parties involved in any transaction and take great care with the items we transport.
Our prices will depend on what other jobs we have on your same route and size of items - unfortunately we're not always able to be the cheapest!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive (this helps us be on time for our other customers!).

2) If items need to be DISMANTLED, please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time and decide if we need to charge accordingly.

3) PAYMENT must be made in cash on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4) If collection or delivery is within the LONDON CONGESTION ZONE, then there will be an additional charge of £10.

5) We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified, However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.

6) If we are sent to an alternative ADDRESS then we reserve the right to charge an additional charge.

7) If SIZE/WEIGHT provided are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item if there is not enough space.

8) Our service is door to door. We will be happy to place items where requested, but please notify us in advance so we can allow adequate time and be aware that we take no responsibility for damage to goods or property, whilst inside the property as our insurance only covers Goods in Transit.
9) Unless otherwise agreed, we will endeavor to collect and deliver within 7-14 days after acceptance of our bid.
10)All collections and deliveries are subject to share loading, however, we do use blankets and straps where necessary.
