After over 4 weeks ( 1 calendar month ) 3 text messages to which no replies, contacted seller who also hadn't been contacted by Shayne I went & collected the item myself. As regards Anyvan they are equally as bad as I e-mailed them for help & guess what no reply to my e-mail |

Courier due to collect the day before he went on holiday, amazingly his van broke down the evening before the collection of my goods. Totally let down now struggling for an alternative not only me inconvenienced but also the buyer who had disposed of his sofa expecting mine to arrive. Not happy!! |

Dreadful, accepted job made arrangements for Pick up and delivery then just did not turn up. No communication at all despite my leaving five messages. I had to contact any van head office who got him to respond and they refunded my payment. |
