2 men are always present with the van at all times.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

We received adequate service however there were some issues with punctuality of the delivery and pick up times. We had a very strict time schedule and needed more preciseness from the delivery company. In allother aspects their services are good. |

Absolutely useless! Don't trus this driver. He accepted the job 2 weeks ago and I have waited all that time for him to collect but have since gone quiet. Rang him on several occasions and he would switch his phone off or ignore calls altogether. IF YOU LIKE DISAPPOINTMENTS IN LIFE BOOK HIM. |

Dealing with Sharpmov was efficient and easy. From the get go, communication was good, polite and courteous (both Craig and the driver). The antique fireplace was well protected and arrived safely. The price was very competitive. Recommend and would use Sharpmov again. |
