ANYVAN HAS FAILED TO CONTACT ME TO DATE I HAD TO SEND 2 NUMBER PARCELS USING ANOTHER SERVICE. I MADE EVERY EFFORD TO CONTACT aNYVAN ON THE TWO NUMBERS GIVEN NO RESPONSE , PHONES WERE NOT MANNED IT WOULD APPEAR, AND NO MESSAGE LEAVING SERVICE.I REQUEST A RETURN OF M Y DESPOSIT £8.50. I HAD A RETURN JOB, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE A VERY DOUBFUL SERVICE OR IN MY CASE NON EXISTING,I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE THINKING OF USING THE SERVICE TO CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER I .WOULD NEVER EVEN CONSIDER USING ANYVAN AGAIN. |

I accepted a quote from Send112, who then asked for full payment at 10.30pm, the night before my boxes were supposed to be delivered. As I had no confirmation that the boxes were going to be collected, I didn't want to pay in advance, so explained this to the provider, who then ignored me. He did not respond to my email or answer his phones, and so my delivery never happened. Very inconvenient and un-impressed with the provider. |
