TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Quotes are based on the Inventory you provide to us as we do rely on accurate list of inventory’s and therefore It is important for you to understand that, you cannot list a few items and end up with a van load for the same price.
Please let us know the number of men, if more than two required.
Please do inform us if there is or would be a problem with regards to access to the building or property, i.e. steps, no driveway, narrow access parking, so we know what to expect.
There would be a 50% charge of the original price agreed for any job booking cancelled within 24 to 48hrs of the job been carried out.
Please if there is any query about the service we have offered you, let us know. We will try our best to resolve it.
All damages must be reported on delivery or within 24 hours, otherwise insurers will not accept the claim.
IMPORTANT: We reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability.

We accept Cash/ Bank transfers.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

CAUTION! Be careful when you book with Anyvan and SebyUK. Whilst they were carrying the boxes in the living room and I was running after my toddler, I left my bag open with Airpods inside on the counter. I checked my bag in the car going to our new flat as I use my Airpods daily and well they were not in my bag anymore. Anyvan did not help at all even though they have the “we are waiting to help you" slogan. Be careful with you valuables. You let strangers into your house, don’t forget that. |

Excellent service. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Not only the moved all items but helped with dismantling and re-assembling. This was a lengthy and hard move as I had lots of heavy items and several things to consider, but they made it so easy. I will definitely use in the future, thanks so much! |
