transit luton with 550 cu/ft of loading space..also we have a 800 cu/ft lo loader luton van...both vans are fitted out with blankets,staps,dollys,tools for dismantling and satnav
please note i do not a have waste transfer licence and therefore am unable to legally carry any waste for you to waste transfer sites,,,

all bids are based on your inventory,im happy to take little extras at no extra charge but cant be held responsible for incorrect sizes and inaccurate inventory not fitting on the van..please double check..if in doubt please ask me..ill answer all messages asap...all bids are ground floor to ground floor unless confirmed otherwise
in the unlikely invent i cannot carry out your job on the agreed date/time due to unforeseen circumstances..i.e traffic delays or breakdowns i will offer you an alternative day/time or refund your deposit...
PAYMENT TERMS..i accept cash only on the day...i also accept paypal and bank transfer but this needs to be paid for before the job is done (ideally at least 24 hours in advance)problems do sometimes occur with bank transfer and paypal payments on the day...please note i do not accept cheques ..
INSURANCE..£1000,000 public liablity...£10,000 removals insurance,includes goods in transit and loading and unloading...£250 excess......we try to ensure careful handling and stacking of boxes however please make sure they are properly boxed with plenty of padding inside...if in any doubt about insurance please ask...insurance claims must be made on delivery..
i reserve the right to charge extra for waiting time unless agreed beforehand..eg waiting for keys or waiting for you to arrive at the property to start loading/unloading...
my bid is for loading/unloading only and does not include dismantling or reassembling furniture unless agreed beforehand...unplumbing washing machines will incur a small charge...we do not remove windows or disconnect cookers...
...,we will carry your goods up and down a maximum of 3 floors,any more floors must have a lift available on the day,we reserve the right to charge extra if not...
