Sds70's quote was accepted and collection of a large shed was arranged for 2pm on 23rd December 2013. I called him at the time he was meant to collect and he said he was stuck in traffic on the M3. We had dismantled the shed for collection, and he said that he would take care of collecting and delivering later that day, or definitely on the 24th (which I agreed to).
On the 24th, I tried phoning numerous times and left messages on both phone numbers but received no call or information.
As the shed had to be removed before Christmas, I called Anyvan who were also unable to get any response. I ended up having to hire a self drive van and pay people to come and assist me moving the shed. I received at text message at 1.34pm on Christmas Eve telling me that the driver was poorly and was in bed. The text said that I would be contacted when he was back at work on the 27th December. I have still not heard from them (29th Dec)
I am extremely disappointed that I was not even given a call to let me know, and would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone.
