Despite being polite Liam was thoroughly incompetant. He lost the bed slats and fixings for the bed he was transporting for me even after I had sent him a message asking him to keep them safe with the bed frame. He took on too much work on the day he was delivering to me and rather than rescheduling delivery he just left the bed outside the house in the middle of the night with no protection and had obviously dragged the mattress along the road it was so filthy on the edges it is now completely unusable. He refuses to take responsibility for his shoddy work and has shown a complete lack of remorse or reposnsibility for other people's property. Avoid like the plague. |

Very friendly and helpful. We use couriers on a regular basis and he stood out as someone who puts in extra effort. Kept in contact regarding collection and delivery and i am going to keep his number as my first port of call on the future |
