Terms and Conditions:
I always aim to complete delivery within the specified times. however I cannot be held responsibilities for events or circumstances beyond over control i.e breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays or customer delay etc. if for any reason I am unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified times than I will contact you immediately and completely delivery as soon as possible.
All goods are handle carefully but please note our Goods in Transit Insurance cover your goods whilst in transit in the van. Therefore it is the customer responsibility to make sure there is reasonable access for the their goods to be moves. I cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred if this is not the case.
You may incur additional charges if the driver has to pay for parking while loading/unloading or wait.
it is customers responsibility to ensure the availability or have permission for parking if van
receives.
Payment in cash on delivery. If you wish to pay by bank transfer payment must be made the day before delivery.
You may incur extra charge if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote.
Please be aware that if a collection/delivery day and time is agreed its up to you to make sure or someone will be available for collection or delivery. Failure to do any of this which will require a re delivery will incur a charge, equivalent to up the amount
charged.
