About Me
Hello
We are a man and woman with a luton van with tail lift, based in Essex, covering predominantly Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. We cover London and Home Counties regularly, We also do long distance runs to Scotland.
Please be aware as a rule we do not give approx times for pickup or delivery, we call/text hour or so before when on our way, after the agreed day given prior, this way no one is waiting in.
Terms and conditions
A) Please make sure there is help at pickup point and delivery with very bulky and heavy items before accepting the quote.
B) Please message us through the website for any special requirements or time restrictions if applicable before accepting the quote.
C) Please allow time for us to respond to any general questions, special requirements and time restrictions.
D) On accepting a quote you pay a website fee deposit, then remainder to srpw.
E) If your job is flexible please allow up to 21 days including weekends unless specified.
F) If your job has fixed dates then deposits must be paid the same day of accepting the quote.
G) Please make sure you have full address and phone number details for both pickup point and delivery point to give to the transport provider on acceptance.
H) Passengers are not insured if travelling in the van.
