We are an established and professional removal company operating a fleet of vehicles throughout the UK and across Europe, we are accredited to the highest levels and proud to have been established for more than 100 years.

We specialise in household moves throughout Europe and worldwide with our own skilled in-house crews and more than 25 vehicles facilitating every type of move.

ON ACCEPTANCE OF OUR BID/QUOTE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. We reserve a right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check regarding availability!
2. The description, quantity, weight and dimensions of the consignment must match that of your listing.
Any goods over and above the quoted volume will be carried where space permits at an extra cost to be agreed and payable at the time of collection.
3. All of our quotations are based on ground floor to ground floor. So please be sure that you let us know if there are stairs involved before accepting our bid to avoid additional charges.
4. It is the customers responsibility to make sure our removal vehicles will have sufficient access and parking, any parking fines or costs for permits will be payable by the customer.
5. Please note that dismantling or assembling of furniture items, disconnecting or reconnecting appliances are not included in our quotations. We can offer these additional services at an additional cost.
6. Any cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the planned collection/start of move will be subject to a cancellation fee
7. We charge 40-50 pounds extra for each hour of delay while doing the house removal.
8. When accepting a service on a groupage basis, dates may be subject to change
