The courier was scheduled to collect on a certain day, they didn't turn up and didn't reply to any e-mails, calls or texts. They got in touch the next day and collected the items. These items had to be delivered on a certain day. Again, the courier did not deliver when agreed and again did not answer calls, texts, or messages. The items ended up being delivered a week later than scheduled. I would definitely not use this courier again. |

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A very expensive handmade table made by our company BADLY DAMAGED in transit (3 damaged pieces found in the packaging). The courier brought it to the customer's front door and asked him to sign his sheet before he could unpack it. It wasn't until he had gone that customer unpacked it and noticed the damage straight away, it looked like it had something heavy dropped on the table top edge. |

The driver was very friendly and helpful, as we tried to move the table he collected for us into the house. It took over 30 minutes, but he was patient all the way through. Would definitely use him again! |

I have called the mover for two days and sent them an email to confirm, but got no response. Today we called them again, and they responded that they will check the order and call back in one hour. Since then, nobody called again. I believe they are irresponsible movers and decided NOT to go with them. |
